Trustnetwork24 Internet Services

In the interest of all Trustnetwork24 clients, there are restrictions to what you may or may not do with our products. Purchase or subscription of any service constitutes your acceptance to the policies set forth herein (which may change at any time).

Trustnetwork24 Terms of Service

Customer Service Agreement:
Purchase of the Trustnetwork24 Service/S This agreement becomes effective the time you receive your service.

Trustnetwork24 Internet Services offers a 99.9% network uptime.
Trustnetwork24 Internet Services. We will refund any customers which don’t get 99.9% network uptime. (Scheduled downtime does not apply).
Trustnetwork24 does not guarantee the uptime of customer premises hardware.
Trustnetwork24 does not and will NEVER share customer information/privacy to any organisations.
Trustnetwork24 NEVER logs its customer’s activities.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Our services cannot be used for any types of illegal activity (Flooding Spam DDoS )
Any types of abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of your account.
Spoofing over processes is not permitted

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Trustnetwork24 and its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third-party claim, action, dispute or demand related to your use of the Services, your violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement or from your placement or transmission of any materials or content onto Trustnetwork24. Servers. Such liabilities may include, but are not limited to, those arising from the following: (a) with respect to your business, (i) infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights; (ii) defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, or violation of the rights of privacy or publicity; or (iii) spamming, or any other offensive, harassing or illegal conduct or violation of the acceptable uses described herein or anti-spam policy; (b) any damage or destruction to Trustnetwork. equipment or to any other accountholder, which damage is caused by or otherwise results from acts or omissions by you, your representative(s) or your designees; (c) any personal injury or property damage arising out of your activities related to the Services, unless such injury or property damage is caused solely by Trustnetwork. gross negligence or wilful misconduct; and (d) any other damage arising from your equipment or your business.

Infringement, violation, breach, or abuse of Trustnetwork24 System/Network Security is prohibited, and may Result in your account being terminated. Trustnetwork24 will investigate incidents involving such violations.
Unauthorized access to Trustnetwork24 Systems/Networks, or private data without Permission of the owner of the SYSTEM/NETWORK/DATA.

- The following will lead into termination of your account. -
Unauthorized scanning from your account.
Vulnerability breaching security or authentication on Trustnetwork24 Systems.
Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system.
Denial of service attacks, mail bombing, flooding, or other deliberate attempts to overload the client/system.

Customers Agreement

Customer acknowledges that they has read and agrees to comply with, all applicable provisions of Trustnetwork24 Internet Services.

Trustnetwork24 Internet Services reserves the right to amend the Policy from time to time, effective upon posting of the revised Policy or other notice to the Customer.
If the Agreement is not met. Trustnetwork24 Will immediately Suspend/Terminate the Service upon notice to the Customer for a violation of the Policy.
Trustnetwork24 may determine that Customer has inappropriately or incorrectly used the Service.

Customer Agrees: Trustnetwork24 shall not be liable to Customer for any action Trustnetwork24 takes to remove or restrict access to obscene, indecent or offensive content made available by Customer, nor for any action taken to restrict access to material made available in violation, rights under the copyright law.


Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 7 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
