TrustNetwork24 — Trading as TrustNetwork24 & Super-VPS — Registered in England and Wales

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by TrustNetwork24, trading as TrustNetwork24 and Super-VPS ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

3. Services

TrustNetwork24 provides the following services, subject to availability and the specific terms of each package: IRC Shell Hosting, IRCD Hosting, IRC Reseller Packages, VPS Hosting, Web Hosting, and any additional services as listed on our website. All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not offer refunds on services already provisioned unless a fault on our part has caused significant service disruption. In the event of a billing error by TrustNetwork24, a full refund or account credit will be issued promptly. Refund requests must be submitted via the client portal ticket system within 7 days of the charge.

7. Service Level & Uptime

TrustNetwork24 targets 99.9% uptime across all services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via our status page and email notification. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our control, including upstream provider failures, natural disasters, or malicious attacks.

8. Privacy & Data

TrustNetwork24 takes privacy seriously. We collect only the data necessary to provision and manage your services. We do not sell, share, or disclose customer data to third parties except where required by UK law or a valid legal order. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Support

Support is provided via the client portal ticket system, email, WhatsApp, and IRC. We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours. Managed service customers receive priority support response times.

10. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

11. Termination

TrustNetwork24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted. Customers may cancel their services at any time via the client portal with no cancellation fee, effective at the end of the current billing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, TrustNetwork24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email and the website. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
